From a very young age, I was interested in architecture, design and real estate. It started when I was about 8 yrs old on my first trip to Europe with my parents. We rented a house for a month in the South of France and took a four-day trip to Paris. I was in awe of the beautiful old buildings, rich history and diverse art and architecture we saw. I remember thinking I wanted to buy a place on the Seine to come and visit every year. As a family, we continued to travel abroad every year. Everywhere we visited, I imagined buying a property and living there. Real estate had me hooked!
Fast forward about 20 years later- I became a licensed Realtor and in my fledgling year I was named “Rookie of the Year” for the San Carlos Coldwell Banker office! Ever since, I have helped countless families, individuals and investors/developers realize their real estate goals. I also have a degree in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Marketing. This element sets me apart from the average Realtor. The combination of my expertise as a Realtor and my eye for art, architecture, balance and color easily segues my work as a designer. A few years into my career, I was lucky to partner up with a well-respected, seasoned Redwood City agent and fellow, Woodside Plaza neighbor, John Nelson. We worked seamlessly for 5 yrs helping families and individuals, as well as one prominent real estate developer focused on new build single family homes and multi-family units in areas like San Carlos, Redwood City, Menlo Park and Woodside.
I am a Bay Area native, born and raised in the town of Atherton. I now proudly call Redwood City home and reside in the Woodside Plaza neighborhood with my husband Mike, son Daemon and our three cats, Lip, Fiona and Drake. I love where I live and feel fortunate to be raising my family in such a fantastic neighborhood. I am the Chair for the Woodside Plaza Neighborhood Association (WPNA) and act as an ambassador to the community. The City’s motto is “Building a Great Community Together” and this long-standing community-driven vision is the basis for the strong belief that collaborating with residents is key to evolving with the changing needs of the community, obtaining innovative ideas and enhancing Redwood City’s quality of life.
